Qualifications

• Experience in building physics or building performance consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of relevant UK regulations and standards.
• Confident user of dynamic modelling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from early design to delivery.
• Produce Part L and Part O assessments.
• Deliver dynamic thermal modelling and assessments.
• Advise design teams on performance-driven solutions.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers and architects.
