The Building Craftsperson role at St George's Hospital involves delivering both planned and reactive maintenance services. You'll be integral in ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. The position requires an understanding of complex building services in a healthcare setting. Main duties of the job

Diagnose and repair faults in building fabric and associated engineering services. Use relevant tools and equipment to meet Standard Codes of Practice. Prioritise and plan work activities to ensure service requirements are met. Assist in new works and repairs across multiple disciplines. Monitor and control building systems to optimise energy efficiency.
