A public sector organization in Bangor is seeking a Building Control Officer to promote and apply Building Regulations and provide independent service on construction matters. Responsibilities include advising stakeholders, assessing plans, and inspecting works to ensure compliance. Applicants should have a relevant degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in building regulations. This is a permanent position with a salary of £39,862 per annum and a 36-hour work week from Monday to Friday.
To promote and apply the Building Regulations and allied legislation.
