This is a full‑time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £32,962 – £36,791 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Building Control Support Team Leader to join our Building Control team.
Reporting to the Building Control Service Manager, you will lead and manage our technical support officers, ensuring the Building Control service operates efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with the Building Safety Act and quality assurance standards. You will play a key role in developing our systems, supporting statutory returns, and contributing to the long‑term competitiveness and viability of the service.
