Qualifications

  • Excellent written and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Broker support team.
  • Conduct policy administration training and onboarding.
  • Ensure team meets submission SLAs.
  • Service quote requests efficiently.
  • Handle broker queries and calls.
