Overview

Our client is a well established player in the UK asset finance sector who are currently recruiting for a Broker Manager to join their successful sales function.

Responsibilities

• Drive the activities and performance of new and existing broker relationships across the North of England/North East of England, with travel as required.
• galvanise existing broker relationships and devise a strategy to improve the quality and quantity of new business written; secure new broker relationships via regular visits to build and maintain relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for broker connections for larger value deals (£500k+).

Qualifications

• Experience in asset finance is essential with proven experience in managing and developing broker relationships.
• Good financial analysis skills are required as some transactions require credit and structuring intervention by the broker manager.
