Qualifications

  • Some experience of working in a fast paced, client-facing role.
  • Knowledge of the UK business finance market is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day working relationship with brokers.
  • Pre-screen applications for credit review.
  • Provide timely updates for ongoing cases.
  • Provide new brokers with product training and support.
  • Work closely with Credit and Account Management teams.
  • Improve conversion rates and broker satisfaction.
  • Assist Broker Channel Managers as needed.
