Are you ready to take the lead on a dynamic broiler farm where animal welfare, team development, and operational excellence go hand in hand?

We are looking for a passionate Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations on the farm, ensuring the birds are thriving, standards are high, and the team is growing alongside them.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Taking full ownership of farm operations: including bird welfare, health and safety, and delivering top-quality poultry to exacting standards.
  2. Managing farm budgets and hitting targets, both financial and operational.
  3. Leading and mentoring a dedicated team, creating a positive, professional, and productive working environment.
  4. Upholding high standards in farm appearance and integrity, recognizing that first impressions count, even in the countryside.
  5. Living and breathing the commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action.
  6. Participating in our bespoke Agriculture Academy, with opportunities to develop your skills and shape your future as a next-generation agriculture leader.
  7. Supporting Assistant Farm Managers in their growth into future farm leaders.
What You Need
  • Solid experience in broiler farm management
  • Knowledge of budgeting and strategic decision-making
  • Confidence in people leadership, collaboration, and development
  • Openness to continuous learning
  • Understanding of environmental compliance and sustainability
  • Full UK driving licence
