Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85‑acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman‑inspired spa‑Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £37,705.43 per annum based on a 45 hour contract – comprising a base salary of £30,685.43, plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

As a Breakfast Chef your primary responsibility is to prepare and cook delicious food for the assigned restaurants’ food concept at Estelle Manor. You will assist and engage with the kitchen’s senior leadership in managing all food‑related standards, health and safety, ensuring the guests and members experience is always in line with Estelle Manor standards.

About gratuities & service charge:
  • Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro‑rata basis regardless of your role.
