A leading children's care provider is seeking a dedicated Club Manager to lead a team in delivering inspiring and engaging care for children. The role involves management responsibilities, effective communication with stakeholders, and planning activities that encourage children's exploration and development. The ideal candidate should be warm and proactive, with a passion for nurturing children's growth. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a starting pay of £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay.

You’d be joining the UK’s leading provider of children’s wraparound care, offering a range of roles in Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs.
Lead a passionate team that shares your goals. Manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme while ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
Be approachable and communicate effectively with people. As a Club Manager you will ensure effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre, and Central Operations.
Inspire the next generation. Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while encouraging them to explore their interests.
Organised and enthusiastic. Plan, supervise and deliver activities with structure and enthusiasm, covering multi‑sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
Proactive, responsible and able to follow procedures. The children in our care are our responsibility and we have protocols and policies that must be followed. Club Managers are expected to implement these with their team.

Hours: 25 hours per week during term time – additional hours paid for planning and preparation.
Operational Hours during Term Time:
Monday to Friday – 7.30‑9.00 for Breakfast Club & 15.00‑18.00 for After School Club.
Fixed 52‑week rolling contract during holidays; you can work up to 40 hrs per week during school holidays or continue with 25 hrs per week.
Pay: £15.00 per hour (plus holiday pay). The successful candidate will be put forward for Paediatric First Aid Qualification, paid for by us if not already qualified.
SEN experience is desirable but not essential for this role.
Contracts Available: Term Time only or Permanent Contract.
The ideal candidate will have management and team‑leading experience and demonstrate a real passion for working with children.
