Lead a brand-new wrap‑around care provision in a prestigious London primary school.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Wrap‑Around Care Manager to launch and lead our wrap‑around care provision (ages 4‑11) at a highly regarded primary school in Putney. This full‑time position covers breakfast club, after‑school club and holiday camps. Your working day is split into two sessions to support morning and afternoon delivery, with full‑day pay provided.
Hours :
Breakfast Club : 07 : 15–08 : 30
Afterschool Club : 14 : 30–18 : 00
(Paid split‑shift time for planning or personal commitments)
You will shape the culture of this new provision, manage a team, ensure high‑quality daily delivery, and uphold exceptional safeguarding and safety standards.

We operate after‑school clubs, weekend sessions, PPA cover, holiday camps, birthday parties and wrap‑around care. Our ethos centres on fun, safety and inclusion, teaching children the Munchkin Fundamentals (Fitness, Agility, Balance, Skills and Spatial Awareness).

You will lead a full‑time Assistant Manager and a wider team of part‑time or casual coaches and support staff, ensuring they feel supported, motivated and aligned with our values.
