Brand & Partnerships Marketing Manager

Charity People are looking for a Brand and Partnerships Marketing Manager who will help a charity reach and inspire even more people. Following a recent rebrand, this is an exciting moment to join the charity and play a leading role in embedding their refreshed identity, championing their values, and showing the world that nothing holds back the people they support.

This role will shape how their brand is understood, shared and experienced across all channels. You will bring creative thinking, strategic insight and a collaborative approach to ensure the charity’s marketing is meaningful, consistent, and compelling.

About the role
  • Act as the charity’s brand lead, helping colleagues stay aligned with the brand and values
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on community and supporter engagement
  • Work closely with colleagues across the charity to ensure the brand is embedded throughout the supporter journey
  • Lead and support the development of exciting new brand partnerships
  • Champion digital best practice across channels including email, web, content and socialli>
  • Bring fresh ideas and a clear, accessible approach to communicating complex messages
You will bring
  • Broad marketing experience, with significant exposure to brand and partnership marketing
  • Experience working within an agile or matrix environment, and the confidence to collaborate across teams to deliver projects
  • Strong digital skills, with experience using a range of digital tools and channels
  • The ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content for different audiences
  • A strategic mindset paired with hands‑on creativity and the ability to adapt quickly
