Qualifications

  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within food or drink.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including P&L interpretation and budget management.
  • Ability to bring a brand to life through creative storytelling and innovative marketing approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the 13-year business plan for Davidstow and Private Label with full P&L ownership.
  • Develop and execute insight-led brand strategies to achieve KPIs.
  • Drive NPD projects and create compelling selling stories for customers.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce Davidstow's premium positioning.
  • Present brand performance updates to stakeholders.
