About Lotus Natural Foods

We’re Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, home to five incredible brands: BEAR, TREK, nakd., Kiddylicious, and Peters Yard. We’re passionate about taste, quality and long‑term growth, and we’re looking for a talented National Account Executive to join our Impulse Sales team.

About you
  • Experience in data analysis that goes beyond numbers to tell a story.
  • Ability to train and coach the business to use data and insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills – trusted expert both internally and with buyers and merchandising contacts.
  • Outcome‑focused, results‑driven and able to prioritise quickly in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ready to roll sleeves up, get stuck in and handle diverse tasks in a small team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in FMCG, ideally in category management or insights (supplier or agency side).
  • Experience using data providers such as IRI, Kantar, Nielsen, Dunnhumby Shop and/or Nectar 360 SIP.
About the role

You will report to the Category Development Manager and focus on becoming a business expert in the continuous NielsenIQ (NIQ), dunnhumby, and Nectar 360 SIP category data we purchase, providing ongoing insights into what drives our brands and the competition.

Responsibilities
  • Make recommendations on range, fixture, price and promotions to unlock sales growth for the business and key retail customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and merchandising contacts to secure trust and implementation of recommendations.
  • Provide analysis and insight for the Commercial team to take directly to retailers.
  • Share monthly reporting responsibilities to ensure internal alignment and enable strategic decisions based on data.
