Brand & Campaign Manager

A leading UK organisation in the outdoor travel sector is looking for a talented Brand & Campaign Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. With a proud history of inspiring over a million people to explore incredible destinations across the UK and Europe, they’re seeking someone creative and strategic to drive brand growth and deliver impactful campaigns. Salary £36k to £43k, hybrid working with 1 to days in the office.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Senior Brand & Campaign Manager, you’ll help shape and execute brand and acquisition campaigns across a variety of touchpoints. Your aim being to fuel member acquisition and increase bookings through compelling, insight-driven, multichannel marketing.
  • Deliver on-brand, insight-led marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
  • Partner with internal departments across product, digital, social, PR and events for unified brand execution.
  • Manage media planning and performance with external agencies across PPC, paid social, and digital display.
  • Track and report on campaign ROI, identifying learnings and optimising for future performance.
  • Champion brand positioning and identity across all touchpoints—internal and external.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to keep the brand one step ahead.
  • Provide brand consultancy to agency partners and internal stakeholders, safeguarding consistency and tone.
Skills & Experience Required
  • A marketer with strong brand and acquisition campaign credentials, ideally in travel or leisure.
  • Hands‑on experience delivering paid media strategies with media agencies.
  • Solid knowledge of digital campaign execution—PPC, paid social, display.
  • Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Data‑savvy, with the ability to translate insights into actionable ideas.
  • Degree educated or qualified via CIM (or equivalent), and highly organised with excellent project management skills.
