Job description

Our team plays an integral role in building a good reputation for TikTok LIVE, and forms an essential part of a connected and growing team in a global function. We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join us at TikTok London and help make an impact on our live-streaming business.

Responsibilities
  • Build end-to-end amplification plans (from research, design, to execution) that promote the positive impact of the livestreaming business models, by highlighting core TikTok and TikTok LIVE narratives through campaigns via on-platform tools, and gamification strategy - Develop positive creator acquisition plans; and provide coaching and educational resources to help creators improve the performance of their LIVE content
  • Design and lead positive creator programs focused on content quality, and community connection - Conduct outreach to local stakeholders (. non-profits, educational institutes) to collaborate on content strategies - Work with internal stakeholders across Marketing, PR, GR, CSR, Legal, Short Video Operations to drive plans for creator and product promotions / pitches etc
  • Analyze and promote the department's work, successes, best practices, and key learnings to internal and external audiences through case studies and event participation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years of work experience in tech product and reputation marketing and operations, as well as creator / community growth
  • Experience in project design, including targeted audience segmentation
  • Deep understanding of the creator lifecycle - from onboarding to sustained community engagement.
  • Experience in project execution through our owned and operated channels.
  • Understanding of livestreaming business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities.
  • Experience in copywriting Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, where organizational goals will evolve along with the pace of the business
  • Experience with crisis management
