Overview

As Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind a team of passionate in-store samplers. You’ll lead with coaching, relationship-building, and a focus on delivering activations to the highest standard. If you’re passionate, people-focused, and love being out in the field, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing new and existing team members
• Building strong relationships with store managers
• Ensuring every activation is delivered to the highest standard
• Inspiring enthusiasm, energy, and performance on every shift
• Lead and empower a team of brand ambassadors to deliver standout in-store sampling events across major retailers

Qualifications

• Experience leading or training a team (Retail / Events / Hospitality / Field Sales / Promotions welcome!)
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong people skills and a customer-first mindset
• Full UK driving licence and your own reliable car
