We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to work for an industry-leading, dedicated Driving Recruitment Agency based in Rugby. The successful candidate will take over the day-to-day management of the existing team and develop the business further. The agency supplies a wide range of clients, from on-site operations to smaller SMEs. With a clear growth plan in place, this is an exciting time to join the business.

Job Function
  1. Effectively manage the existing team of driving consultants.
  2. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  3. Ensure effective candidate attraction and retention within the driving sector.
  4. Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  5. Maintain and grow existing business relationships.
  6. Take full responsibility for the P&L of the branch.
  7. Ensure compliance procedures are strictly followed.
Person Specification
  1. Proven recruitment experience with knowledge of the driving sector.
  2. Sales-oriented and results-driven.
  3. Up-to-date with current recruitment legislation and driving compliance.
  4. Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
