We’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to join Axcis Education as Branch Manager for our established Manchester office. This is a key role for someone ready to drive performance, inspire a dedicated team, and elevate our success to the next level.

The Role As a Branch Manager, you will :

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Manage a small desk of your own, maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Drive new business development across assigned areas and expand existing partnerships.
  • Oversee branch operations, including performance management, staff development, coaching and HR‑related responsibilities.
  • Produce accurate financial reporting and work closely with Directors to deliver strategic goals.
  • Ensure all activity aligns with company policies, safeguarding requirements, and operational standards.

  • A proven track record of success in the education recruitment sector, ideally with team‑management experience.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, support and develop others.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • A self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset with the resilience to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
