Branch Manager – Recruitment (Industrial / Blue & White Collar)

Location: Cardiff (Outskirts – Free Parking)

Salary: Up to £43,000 DOE + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus & Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national recruitment agency as a Branch Manager, heading up a well-established and profitable branch based in Cardiff. You will inherit a warm desk and take responsibility for managing an experienced service delivery consultant. The current client base is predominantly within the Industrial sector, and the focus of the role will be to continue delivering outstanding service while growing new business across blue- and white-collar recruitment solutions, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team, setting the standard by leading from the front
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships within the Industrial sector
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across blue‑and white‑collar recruitment
  • Ensure full compliance with recruitment processes, legislation, and best practice
  • Drive a positive, proactive, and collaborative office culture
  • Liaise and work with the National BDM on strategic growth initiatives to cross‑sell
  • Support sustainable growth, with future hires planned through 2026 and beyond
About You
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Industrial or high‑volume sector
  • Either an experienced Senior Consultant ready to take their first step into management, or an established Branch Manager seeking their next career move
  • MUST demonstrate a stable career history within the Recruitment Industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, compliance, and legislation
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and commercially focused
  • A natural leader with drive and passion to support a team whilst leading by example
Additional Information
  • Office‑based 5 days per week, with flexibility for client visits, mapping, and business development activity
  • Modern office located on the outskirts of Cardiff with free parking
