Job Description

Are you ready to lead our flagship branch in Bradford? We were delighted to bring our brand new branch to the Leeds Bradford market 2 years ago. It’s growing and we now need a branch manager who can pick up the baton for the branch's next phase of commercial growth.

We have some key established team members who will be a great asset to the incoming branch manager. We will still need to recruit and you'll have the opportunity to select and bring on new team members.

As an independent merchant / manufacturer, JDP offers you the opportunity to make a real difference. We are looking for someone who is driven to boost sales and footfall in branch, but also with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety too.

Qualifications

We want to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with a passion for learning our products.

You should have experience leading a small team, be sales‑focused, understand branch operations (including health and safety), and be customer‑centric.
