Overview

Brake Press Operator – Dorking. We are looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join a well-established engineering business based in Dorking.

Salary & Benefits
  • Up to £14.84 per hour base rate
  • With 20% shift allowance: £17.81 per hour
  • Equivalent to an annual salary of around £37,040 (based on 40 hours per week)
  • Profit Related Bonus Scheme (based on 5% of basic salary)

Working Hours
  • Permanent role, 40 hours per week
  • Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Early shift: 5.45am – 1.45pm
  • Late shift: 2.15pm – 10.15pm
  • Alternating weekly (one week early, one week late)
  • Paid 30-minute break each day
The Role
