Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Batch processing experience would be advantageous.
• Extensive fault-finding experience.

Responsibilities

• Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP and internal policies.
• Operate within documentation procedures ensuring safety and quality.
• Identify quality defects and escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain optimum area performance throughout the shift.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of equipment and the area.
• Participate in improvement programs and train others as needed.
• Meet physical requirements for job tasks.
