Qualifications

• Must hold a UK/EU passport, UK National Insurance number, and UK bank account.

Responsibilities

• Assist waterfront management team in keeping the fleet maintained.
• Keep maintenance area tidy and store tools safely.
• Repair boats and boards using fibre glass or metalwork where required.
• Conduct woodwork construction.
• Source materials locally.
• Organize repair of broken sails.
• Assist the beach team.
• Uphold Mark Warner and RYA standards.
• Perform extra duties around resort where needed.
