The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing high volumes of invoices, expenses, and financial transactions
  • Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly VAT returns
  • Managing a small portfolio of clients
  • Performing bank and control account reconciliations
  • Posting wages and month-end journals
  • Responding to client queries via phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate filing and document systems
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume bookkeeping or data processing role
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
