Booking and Customer Service Clerk - Immingham - Up to £30,000


A well-established shipping and freight forwarding business, providing tailored transport and logistics solutions across the UK and Europe, including road, sea and air services. The organisation is known for delivering flexible, reliable and customer-focused logistics services.


Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join its operations team.


Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08 : 30 - 17 : 00


Salary & Benefits


  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

  • 25 days holiday per year

Role Overview

The role will be shaped according to the successful candidate's experience. You will take a hands‑on role within the bookings and customer service function, acting as a key link between customers and internal planning teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Take day-to-day responsibility for the Bookings and Customer Service function

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer bookings and enquiries

  • Process and manage bookings using internal systems

  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information

  • Liaise closely with transport and export planning teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Support service delivery and help maintain high customer satisfaction levels
