In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for both military and civilian personnel, guiding them through the Ministry of Defence's training bid process. Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the BAMS system for training facility bids
  • Handle enquiries and guide users through the MOD bidding process
  • Extract and compile data to support training logistics (e.g., sanitation services)
  • Upload and coordinate reports via the Booking Management System
  • Deliver a full range of admin services: typing, photocopying, stationery control
  • Maintain effective filing and data retrieval systems
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract delivery
Office and Admin Skills
  • Excellent communication across all levels
  • Proven ability to meet objectives and follow processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with booking systems or bespoke software (desirable)
  • A valid UK driving licence is required due to the rural location of this site
