A local healthcare trust is seeking a part-time Booking and Scheduling Clerk to efficiently manage outpatient appointments in a Clinical Management team. Part Time 23.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Wednesday: 8.30am‑5pm
Thursday: 9.30am‑6pm
Friday: 8am‑4pm
The Booking and Scheduling Clerk post will currently require cover for the below shift pattern. The role requires an enthusiastic, competent and proactive individual with an appreciation and understanding of the confidential nature of the work. The role is based in the Clinical Management team within the Central Booking Office at TGH. Applicants should be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to deal with the general public on a daily basis and maintain a positive approach to customer care. Computer literacy is essential as you will be required to input and extract information from a number of Trust Patient Administrative Systems.
