Qualifications

• Experience as a BMS Service Engineer with at least two BMS platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain BMS systems and associated M&E plant.
• Conduct PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor projects.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Work with clients, engineers, and contractors.
• Participate in on-call rota and training.
