Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and understand their needs and requirements.
• Produce clear and concise report writing skills, conveying new concepts in visual forms such as flow charts and topologies.
• Produce reports, specifications for tender, commissioning documentation, and design notes.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core BMS system functionality and major brands.
• Understand the control systems that interact with the BMS wider system, including protocols and standards.
• Understand how the BMS engages with wider system functionality, including ICT systems.
• Evaluate, optimise and drive efficiency through a BMS system.
• Understand Revit and CAD, with the ability to navigate around a 3D model environment.
• Use standard desktop applications such as MS Office 365.
• Exhibit confident client-facing interpersonal skills.
• Work as a team member, managing deadlines within a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Understand ICT, IoT & cyber security principles.
• Understand audiovisual principles.
