Job summary

A leading construction consultancy is seeking a BIM Manager based in Warrington, UK. Applicants must demonstrate experience in managing project information for complex projects and a strong understanding of document control systems, ISO19650, and core DAMA-DMBOK disciplines. Proficiency in Autodesk BIM 360 and excellent communication skills are essential. The role offers a pay of £500 per day outside IR35. Job description

Our client is looking for a BIM Manager to be based in Warrington.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate

• Experience managing project information for complex engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of document control, CDEs and ISO19650 – Asite experience is preferable.
• Familiarity with core DAMA-DMBOK disciplines, such as:
  • Data governance
  • Data architecture
  • Metadata and reference data management
  • Data quality management
• Proficiency in digital platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360, Bentley ProjectWise, or equivalent PLM tools.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills to support onboarding, deployment, and capability uplift.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving programme environment.

Pay is £500 per day outside IR35
