What you’ll do
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and industrial production roles within high-volume environments, ensuring speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage and execute recruitment strategies across multiple sites and projects, adapting to fluctuating production demands.
  • Source, screen, and assess large volumes of industrial and production candidates, using structured, data-driven sourcing approaches.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and regular progress updates.
  • Conduct interviews and manage selection processes efficiently, ensuring consistency and a positive candidate experience.
