A successful national Financial Advisory firm is seeking a Bids Executive in London to support the delivery of high-quality pitches and proposals. The successful candidate will have experience in professional services, advanced MS Office skills, and strong IT competencies with CRM systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled Corporate Finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in pitch support or business development role.
• Familiarity with bid tools and templates.

The Company

A successful national Financial Advisory firm is looking for a Bids Executive who will be supporting the delivery of high-quality pitches and proposals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a highly skilled Corporate Finance team, whilst reporting to the Corporate Finance Marketing Manager. This role is open to applicants in London or Reading.

The Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality proposals and pitch documents
• Maintain and develop bid related tools and templates and libraries for BD purposes
• Support initiatives and campaigns to create new business opportunities
• Manage and improve the use of the CRM system
• Liaise with the firm’s international network on opportunities and sector experience

The Candidate:

• Experience in professional services
• Minimum of 2 years experience in pitch support or business development role
• Advanced knowledge of MS office
• Strong IT skills with experience in CRM system and bid tools
