A leading art business in Lincoln is seeking a Bids & Client Service Coordinator. The role involves delivering exceptional client service, processing bids, and providing Front of House support. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and are proficient with numbers. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including some evenings and Saturdays. The compensation ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.

The Bids/Client Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional client service to internal and external clients in New York. They liaise with auction and operations departments when necessary to ensure clients’ queries and issues are handled as promptly and efficiently as possible. Bid/Client Service Coordinators may also be required to assist in processing client registrations for all channels of bidding in live sales and serve as sale result entry/online clerk during sale days. They may be asked to perform Client Service duties in areas such as the Front Counter and back of house and to collaborate with Bid Department coordinators to create a seamless pre-sale/sale day experience. This position requires active listening, efficient problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and effective judgment in addressing client queries and escalating issues as appropriate.
