Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of construction procurement processes are essential.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Bid Writer to join a growing work-winning team within a well-established construction business. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant, and compelling bid submissions across a range of construction projects.
Working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing written content for tenders, PQQs, and framework submissions. You will ensure all submissions clearly articulate the company's strengths, experience, and approach, while meeting client requirements and deadlines.
You will manage multiple bids concurrently, contribute to bid strategies, and support continuous improvement of bid content and processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders to gather technical input and convert it into clear, persuasive responses.
You will also maintain and develop the bid library, support lessons-learned reviews, and help drive consistency and quality across all work-winning activities.
