  • Demonstrate excellent understanding of Rolling Stock and the UK Rail Industry and how projects are handled and delivered to influence, monitor and challenge every aspect of the bid (project management, finance, engineering, planning, delivery and commercial inputs).
  • Operate effectively within matrix organisations and partner with Sales and Business Development to drive cohesive business strategies in complex environments.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in writing, reviewing and editing compelling proposals.

  • Maintain strong customer focus and the ability to influence and negotiate with people at all levels within Siemens Rolling Stock and Mobility customer organisations, fostering strong working relationships (up to board level).
