Overview

Kiwa Construction & Utilities Cluster is looking for a Bid Co-Ordinator to join their team. This role supports the bid process by coordinating proposal submissions, generating accurate sales quotes, and ensuring timely delivery. This is a UK remote role, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tender preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage bid timelines and milestones to meet all deliverables
  • Liaise with sales, finance, and operations to gather bid information
  • Respond to client and stakeholder queries throughout the bidding process
  • Coordinate input from subject matter experts for technical accuracy and strategic positioning
  • Draft, review, and refine bid responses, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism
  • Ensure proposals meet bid requirements, industry standards, and compliance regulations
  • Advise on grammar, language, and structure to support content development
Qualifications
  • Experience in a related role
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets (self-starting)
  • Relevant experience of managing customers

What can you expect from us in return?
  • £31,187.00 per annum
  • Generous Annual Leave – Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
  • 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, remote home-based role, with occasional travel for team meetings
