JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced betting host or retail betting assistant? Are you looking for a new opportunity within a fun and exciting business? Do you want to be part of Genting’s first ever sportsbook in the UK?

We have a vacancy for a casino betting host to join our team. You will be responsible for handling money in our sportsbook. Providing great customer service whilst ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Provide great customer service.
• Proficient in finding resolutions.
• The ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised and efficient.
• Accurate with the highest attention to detail.
• DBS checked.
• Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts weekends.
• Previous experience working in a bookmaker or knowledge of Arkle.
