Job summary

A community-focused recruitment agency is seeking a Family Hub Support Officer to support the development of the Best Start In Life initiative. This role involves working within a dynamic team to ensure the Local Authority is equipped to deliver a Family Hub service in Rutland by April 2026. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative experience, be organized, and have skills in data reporting. This position offers 37 hours per week at a competitive salary of £13.69 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Experienced administrator, organised with process tracking.
  • Passionate about supporting residents of Rutland.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Best Start in Life Family Hub offer development.
  • Ensure Local Authority readiness for Family Hub delivery in Rutland.
  • Work closely with a project group focused on families, children and young people.

Skills

Experienced in data reporting systems
Experienced at setting up systems and processes
Experience of tracking information and data
