Position: Benefits Advisor
Salary: £45 000 - £50 000
Hybrid set up: 3 days per week in the office Central London
Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, wellness budget, professional development opportunities, social events

Size of company: Headcount is 1200 Global including UK, Europe and Asia

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with annual benefit renewals and administration for both UK and International Benefits
  • Respond to both internal and external queries
  • Provide appropriate benefits data for Group and renewal processes
  • Ensure accurate payroll information is uploaded onto system to process
  • Provide support and contribute to Wellbeing Initiatives
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Financial Industry preferred but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and client-focused approach.
