A comprehensive school in Walsall is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to support behaviour management and promote an inclusive environment. The role involves working with students and staff to implement behaviour systems. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths, relevant experience with emotional or social challenges, and strong data analysis skills. This is a full-time position with a starting salary ranging from £23,194 to £26,846 pro-rata.

Salary: Grade 5, Scale Point 9–17 (£23,194 - £26,846 pro-rata)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks including 5 INSET days)

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join our dedicated Behaviour Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the management of our newly renovated Behaviour Centre and play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with students, staff, and families to implement behaviour systems and interventions that foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and academic success.
