Behaviour Mentor – Secondary School, Kensington & Chelsea, September 2025 – Full-time



Responsibilities

The role involves working with students who need additional behavioural support, helping to implement strategies to encourage positive learning behaviours.



Requirements / Qualifications


  • Previous experience supporting young people (preferably in a school setting)

  • A calm, resilient and non-judgemental approach

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confidence in managing behaviour and building rapport

  • The right to work in the UK

  • Make a real difference to student engagement and wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
