An established industry player is seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to support Key Stage 4 students with SEMH needs in a Pupil Referral Unit. This rewarding role focuses on building strong relationships with students, helping them develop self-regulation skills and positive behaviour strategies. You will work closely with a dedicated team to provide tailored support, ensuring students re-engage with learning and develop essential life skills. This role is focused on building strong, trusting, professional relationships with students to help them manage their emotions and behaviour effectively. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students to re-engage with learning and develop essential life skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an SEMH or alternative provision setting and will be confident managing challenging situations in a calm and supportive manner.
