We are currently looking for an experienced Beach Manager to join COYA. This is seasonal position and advertised for future openings.

Experience you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury beach club.
  • Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
  • Previous experience working in seasonal venues is essential.
  • Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and English
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
