Job summary

A leading construction solution provider seeks a Business Development Manager for Structural Insulated Panels, covering the Midlands & North. This role involves field sales, focusing on architects, housebuilders, and developers. Ideal candidates will have construction sales experience and a background in off-site manufacturing solutions. The remuneration package includes a salary of £45,000 – £50,000 plus uncapped commission, with OTE exceeding £70,000. A comprehensive benefits package and car allowance of £250 per month are also included.

Qualifications

• Must have construction sales experience selling off-site manufacturing solutions or timber frame systems.
• Must have experience selling to housebuilders, developers, local authorities, and self-builders.
• Ideally have in-depth knowledge of structural systems used in house design/building.

• Sell high-quality manufactured range of structural insulated panels.
• Focus on selling to architects, housebuilders, developers, and self-builders.
• Generate specification and follow projects through to completion.
