Location: EC1A 4AB

Salary: £13.85 per hour, overtime is paid at x1.5 £23.04

Working Pattern: 40hours per week – Monday- Friday

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
  • Work closely with the General Manager to support smooth daily operations, mentor junior staff, and help manage peak service with precision
  • Ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and tidiness are adhered to at all times
  • Maintaining food standards during breakfast, lunch and events
  • Responsible for receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
  • Be an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
  • Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
  • Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
