Overview

Working on a 4 on / 2 off rota, you\'ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for a diverse range of customers, while driving sales through product knowledge, promotions, and confident upselling.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages to brand standards
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience in a busy airport environment
• Maximising sales through promotional activity, product knowledge, and upselling
• Replenishing stock, maintaining displays, and ensuring the coffee bar is well presented
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to team targets and goals
• A love of coffee and developing your barista skills
• Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of customers
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• A flexible, reliable, and positive "can-do" attitude
• Experience in retail or high-footfall settings
• Experience in roles involving high levels of customer interaction
