Barista / Assistant Manager – Join our vibrant team of coffee enthusiasts! We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to provide excellent customer service, craft high‑quality beverages, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards. Your role will involve providing an inviting atmosphere for all patrons. While previous experience is advantageous, training will be provided to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including sanitising surfaces and utensils in compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system and manage basic maths calculations for change and sales records.
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
• Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods while maintaining high standards of service.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key.

Compensation

Pay: £2,035.00-£3,028.76 per month.
