Responsibilities

• Ensure drinks are always available and replenished throughout the evening.
• Prioritise guests and provide excellent service at all times.
• Promote products and up-sell to maximise sales.
• Restock the bar at the end of the shift or as directed by the Bar Manager.
• Clean equipment, floors and other bar areas in accordance with the Bar Cleaning Schedule.
