Overview

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting Bar Staff for one of the largest Airline catering companies based at Heathrow Airport in Hounslow.

This role mainly consists of general bar staff duties and be able to make cocktails from the drinks menu in the VIP lounges at Heathrow in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines.

Job Title & Location

Job Title: VIP Bartender - Heathrow Airport Lounges

Location: Heathrow Airport - Feltham

Pay Rate: £13 per hour (Paid weekly every Wednesday)

Shifts Available:

• Early Shift: 04:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Late Shift: 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Candidates must be flexible to work both shifts and ensure they can commute for early morning shifts.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to lounge guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and airport security policies.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced lounge environment.
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with lounge staff to create a welcoming and premium experience for travellers.

Requirements

• Must be fully flexible for both early and late shifts.
• Ability to start as early as 04:30am and commute reliably to Heathrow Airport.
• Previous bar experience is mandatory
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy airport environment.
• Must provide a 5-year check able background (work/education references) for air side pass approval.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
